Orange County K9™
Returns are limited to unopened products only
(In original packaging) and must be received within 30 days from date of receipt.

An (RMA) return authorization is required, and can be obtained by emailing us at by clicking here.

There will be a restocking charge of 25% and the original shipping costs are not refundable. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping to return the items purchased in their original packaging. Any products sent back without an Orange County K9™ (RMA#) will be refused and unaccepted.

Orange County K9™ has the right to refuse any packages that have not been authorized by Orange County K9™ and/or are not in the original Orange County K9™ packaging.

To stay in compliance with health & safety regulations we will be unable to except any used products or products returned not in their original Orange County K9™ packaging.
